Job Description :
The primary responsibility will be to ensure the achievement of sales target on a Monthly basis.
Various activities includes:
– Generating leads / new client acquisition.
– Manage sales cycle efficiently.
– Proactively involved in building relationships with existing and potential clients to identify their immediate and future business requirements.
– Maintain and ensure that pipeline is updated regularly.
– Develop regular MIS reports on targets.
– Lead internal review meetings for sales.
– Handling client escalations & resolving it within TAT.
Required Knowledge and Skills

– University degree with a 0 – 2 years experience.
– Freshers with MBA can apply
– Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
– PC literacy including Windows, Excel and CRM.
– Ability to handle customer calls with confidence.
– Arrange & handle meetings with clients.
– Be able to speak with confidence about the software products.
– Effective use of email marketing and social media to generate future leads & customers.
– Experience in IT / Software sales is a plus.
